Event Entry Details

To ensure a smooth experience at our event, please review the following entry requirements:

Gate Tickets

All attendees, including drivers, must purchase gate tickets in advance. Tickets are available through Computicket for R100 per person (pp).
Be sure to secure your tickets early, as space is limited, and this will guarantee your spot at the event.
Please have your proof of purchase and ticket confirmations ready upon arrival for quick access.

Vehicle Entry Fee

All vehicles will require a vehicle entry fee of R250 per car. Payment for vehicles will be processed at the designated Transport Hub/Kiosk on 6th July if you entering on the day.

Event Style Requirement

This is a Stance Event, and we’re celebrating custom rides in style. To qualify for entry into the show area, vehicles must meet the following criteria:

Rims & Drop – All cars entering the main event area need to feature aftermarket rims and a lowered suspension. This is your chance to showcase your vehicle’s stance and add to the aesthetic appeal of the event.
Pre-2000 Bone Stock Rides – Vehicles from before the year 2000 with their original stock look are also welcome! We appreciate the timeless styles and want to give them a dedicated place at the event.
Non German and Japan cars are welcome to enter into this category as well.

Allowed Items

To ensure comfort and enjoyment, attendees are permitted to bring the following items:

  • Camp Chairs – Portable chairs are allowed but are restricted to the non-competition areas only.

  • Shisha/Hookah Pipes – These will be permitted in designated non-competitor areas only. Please follow guidelines for proper use and setup.

Event Restrictions

For safety and enjoyment, certain items are restricted from the event grounds:

  • No Cooler Boxes – Please avoid bringing cooler boxes into the event.

  • No Weapons – Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited for everyone’s safety.

  • No Alcohol – Alcohol is not permitted on event grounds; please respect this rule to ensure a safe environment for all.
