VITAL EVENT INFORMATION

Entering your car gains you free entry to the event as a spectator for both show days, Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th.

Welcome to German vs Jap ’24!

Lets get the ball rolling with everything you need to know about the event. The Do’s, The Don’ts and everything in-between.
This year we have introduced a wide array of new features, exhibits and stalls.

Proceedings for the Event Days:

3rd and 4th July: Show Setup! Vendors and All Entered Cars arrive to park or setup in their designated areas.
No exceptions will be made for late arrivals.

Friday 5th: Reserved for Media Access and Judging.
Media Applicants to apply via Online form.

Saturday 6th & 7th – SHOW DAYS

Saturday 6th: 1st Show Day
Featuring all show cars, DYNO and exhibits.

Sunday 7th: 2nd Show Day
Featuring all show cars, exhibits and Limbo.

New Features that we have added to this years Event!

    1. Bars have been added with strict access control.
    2. No Alcohol allowed out of the bar areas.
    3. No Under 18’s allowed into the bar areas.
    4. Designated Shisha Garden in front of Hall 10.
    5. Additional Grand Stands.
    6. Extra seating areas with food and toilets.
    7. Additional Hall Space.
    8. Extra Security and Police Presence.
    9. Additional Info/Lost and Found Locations.

The following will be strictly enforced by all security and police.

    1. Non-Competitor has been removed from the event completely.
    2. No chilling by your vehicle. This includes setup and show days.
    3. No Camp Chairs, Hookah-Pipes and Cooler Boxes inside or outside the venue. This includes setup and show days.
    4. No cars allowed to enter inside venue on the show days (6th & 7th). All cars will park in public/spectator parking outside.
    5. Revving and/or Spinning will not be tolerated at all. Offenders will be escorted from the premises by Police and Security.

All Entered Cars will be placed for the public to view. Cars will be parked in groups with designated security and barriers for each group. Police will be present throughout the event.

The following applies to all entered vehicle for the event.

    1. Once entered, you have committed, there are no refunds.
    2. Refunds will only be issued to entries that did not qualify for the event. (payable on the 16th of each month)
    3. Once entered, each car will be issued with an Entry Number. This number will reflect on Stickers & Site layouts.
    4. Entry Number Stickers will be placed on the vehicles by a Marshall on the Day of Arrival. (3rd & 4th July)
    5. All communications for the event will be strictly via email.
