VITAL EVENT INFORMATION

Entering your car gains you free entry to the event Saturday 5th (Judging & Media) and Sunday 6th ( Event Day ) July 2025.

Welcome to German vs Jap ’24!

Let’s get the ball rolling with everything you need to know about the event. The Do’s, The Don’ts and everything in-between.

Proceedings for the Event Days:

Thursday 3rd and Friday 4th July: Show Setup! Vendors and All Entered Cars arrive to park or setup in their designated areas.
No exceptions will be made for late arrivals.

Saturday 5th: Reserved for Media Access and Judging.
Media Applicants to apply via Online form.

Sunday 6th – SHOW DAY

Additional Information:

• The following will be strictly enforced by all security and police.
• Camp Chairs are allowed but restricted to the non – competitor areas only.
• Shisha/Hookah Pipes will only be permitted in designated non – competitor areas.
• NOT allowed – Coler Boxes, Alcohol and Weapons. Please respect this rule to ensure the safety of others.
• Non – Competitors will be Enter through the Transport Hub on the event day, Sunday 6th July 2025 and proceed through Gate 2

Excessive Revving and/or Spinning will NOT be tolerated at all. Offenders will be escorted from the premises by Police and Security.

All Entered Cars will be placed for the public to view. Cars will be parked in groups with designated security and barriers for each group. Police will be present throughout the event.

The following applies to all entered vehicle for the event.

• Once entered, you have committed, there are NO refunds.
• Refunds will only be issued to entries that did not qualify for the event. (payable on the 16th of each month)
• Once entered, each car will be issued with an Entry Number. This number will reflect on Stickers & Site layouts.
• Entry Number Stickers will be placed on the vehicles by a Marshall on the Day of Arrival. (3rd & 4th July 2025)
• All communications for the event will be strictly via E-mail and WhatsApp.
